01Leads and CVR facts

Leads arrive with facts from the register

Leads you send from CVR Pilot arrive in the CRM as companies with their contact people. The Home page shows the new ones from the last 7 days, today's tasks, replies in the inbox, upcoming meetings and deals that need a follow-up.

Every company gets its status, founding date, employees, address, production units and industry from the CVR register. The director and owners are created as contacts with their role, and the facts are refreshed from the register every week.

You can create your own fields on the companies in eight types: text, number, select, multi-select, date, checkbox, link and amount. They can be shown as columns on the list, and you can filter on them. CVR Pilot's own figures land in fields the same way: score, customer profile, employees, company type, founding date and LinkedIn.

02Pilot mode

Pilot mode: call your way down the list

Open a company from the list and switch on Pilot mode. Space dials, the keys 1 to 6 log the outcome, and Enter moves on to the next one in the list.

The call goes from your own phone. After No answer or Voicemail you choose when to call again, and that becomes a task. Not interested marks the company Do not call, so Pilot mode skips it, and Book meeting opens the meeting form.

03Mail sequences

Mail sequences from your own mailbox

A sequence is a series of steps with days in between: e-mails, calls, tasks and LinkedIn messages. E-mails go from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inside a sending window, which is weekdays 9 to 16 unless you choose otherwise. A reply stops the sequence for that contact.

At most 200 e-mails a day and 40 an hour are sent per mailbox. Contacts you add to a sequence wait for approval, and nothing is sent until the workspace owner has pressed Approve.

Opens and clicks are measured on our own server, so no outside tracking domain learns who you write to. Apple fetches the image in every e-mail when it is delivered, so we do not count an open in the first minute as a person. Clicks and replies are the numbers you can trust.

04Mail sync

The e-mail lands on the contact

Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 in one click, or another mailbox over IMAP. E-mails to and from a contact land on the contact and the company, and when a new sender writes from a business domain, they are created as a contact with their company.

Senders from Gmail, Hotmail and other private mail services are not created. On a block list you write the addresses and domains that must never be pulled in.

05Pipeline, tasks and meetings

Pipeline, tasks and meetings in one place

The pipeline has your own stages, and deals are moved by drag and drop. Tasks are split into today, overdue, this week and later, and if you like, you get an e-mail every morning or every Monday with your tasks.

Meetings come in from Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly or an iCal address and are put on the company when an external attendee is on the invite.

Reports on pipeline, e-mail and calls

The reports show the pipeline by stage, won and lost by month, a forecast of the open deals, where new companies came from, the reply rate per sequence, the win rate and calls per seller, and the reasons deals were lost.

You choose the period and can filter by category, user and sequence.

07Workflows and access

Workflows, webhooks and access for Claude

A workflow starts on an event, for example an e-mail received or a meeting booked, and runs steps such as tasks, notes, lists and delays. You can test a draft without anything being written, and a change made by a workflow never starts another workflow.

Webhooks send signed events to your own systems or to Zapier and Make, and with an access token Claude can read and work in the CRM. A token can never approve a sequence.

How the two fit together

CVR Pilot Leads finds and checks the companies. The CRM is where you work with them afterwards. On Growth it is the same account.

Leads

Find and read

Leads works through the register, reads the websites and checks reklamebeskyttelse.

Leads

Send on

You pick the leads you want to work with and send them to the CRM.

CRM

Arrives with CVR facts

The company gets its status, employees, address, director and owners from the register, and the facts are refreshed every week.

CRM

Call and follow up

You call down the list in Pilot mode, add contacts to a mail sequence and see the replies on the company.

LeadsCRM

The pulse updates

When the pulse in Leads sees a change, it can write it into the CRM for the fields you have switched on.

The CRM is included in Growth

CVR Pilot CRM is included in Growth, which costs DKK 995 a month or DKK 9,950 a year, excl. VAT. The plan has 5 seats, up to 1,000 new leads a month and Autopilot.

Starter and the trial month do not include the CRM. If you move down from Growth, the CRM is locked. You can read and export your data for 30 days, and after that it is deleted. If you already use HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio, leads can be sent there instead.

Questions about the CRM

What does CVR Pilot CRM cost?

The CRM is included in Growth, which costs DKK 995 a month or DKK 9,950 a year, excl. VAT and with no commitment. The plan has 5 seats.

How many e-mails can I send?

200 e-mails a day and 40 an hour per mailbox. The cap covers everything sent from the mailbox, both sequences and the e-mails you write in the CRM. With five sellers on a mailbox each, that is 1,000 e-mails a day for the team.

Do I need Twilio to use Pilot mode?

No. Pilot mode dials from your own phone. Twilio can be set up if you want Twilio to ring your mobile first and connect you, and then you pay for the calls on your own Twilio account.

May I send cold e-mail with the sequences?

In Denmark, B2B e-mail requires consent. The sequences are for the people you are allowed to write to, and nothing is sent until the workspace owner has approved it.

Which mailboxes and calendars can I connect?

Gmail and Microsoft 365 in one click, and other mailboxes over IMAP. An IMAP mailbox can be synced, but it cannot send sequences. Meetings can come from Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly or an iCal address.

What happens if I move down from Growth?

The CRM is locked. For 30 days you can still read and export your data, and it opens again if you move back up to Growth. If it is still locked after 30 days, the CRM is deleted (terms § 17), so export what you want to keep before then.

Is the CRM in English?

Not yet. The CRM's screens are in Danish, and the examples on this page are translated. The Leads app works in both Danish and English.
